Day 01 – Arrival & Coastal Unwinding

Arrive in Sri Lanka and transfer to the serene southern coast near Galle. Receive a refreshing herbal welcome drink before a guided breathing session to release travel fatigue. Day 02 – Mindful Exploration in Galle

Day 03 – Journey to Sinharaja Rainforest

Travel inland toward the lush Sinharaja Forest Reserve, passing through quiet villages and scenic countryside. Settle into a secluded eco-wellness lodge surrounded by biodiversity. Experience a calming forest breathing session, followed by restorative evening yoga, allowing the natural environment to gently reset your senses.

Day 04 – Forest Immersion & Healing

Engage in a guided forest bathing walk within Sinharaja’s buffer zone, tuning into birdsong and subtle natural rhythms. Practice mindful observation and sensory awareness. Day 05 – Into the Hill Country

Depart for Ella, a picturesque hill town framed by emerald tea plantations. Check into an eco-retreat nestled among rolling hills. As evening falls, participate in a Yin yoga session and herbal tea ceremony, encouraging deep relaxation while absorbing the cool mountain atmosphere.

Day 06 – Tea & Tranquillity

Begin with a mindful walk through a lush tea plantation, breathing in crisp mountain air. Discover the art of tea meditation and tasting, connecting deeply with Sri Lanka’s heritage. Optional Ayurvedic warm oil massage supports full-body rejuvenation. Spend a quiet evening journaling or simply soaking in panoramic views of the hills.

Day 07 – Sunrise & Stillness (Ella)

Rise early for a gentle hike to Little Adam’s Peak, where sunrise illuminates the valleys below. Practice grounding meditation at the summit. The afternoon is free for herbal steam therapy or rest. Conclude the day with Yoga Nidra, guiding you into deep, restorative relaxation.

Day 08 – Sacred Spaces & Scenic Rail

Visit Dhowa Rock Temple for a guided loving-kindness meditation. Enjoy a short scenic train journey through misty hill country landscapes. Arrive in Haputale for an evening Ayurvedic body therapy, easing muscles while embracing cooler mountain serenity.

Day 09 – Silence & Reflection in Haputale

Start with morning yoga overlooking sweeping valleys. Visit Lipton’s Seat or explore a quiet tea estate trail. The afternoon is dedicated to noble silence, encouraging introspection. Guided journaling helps process inner thoughts, deepening your sense of clarity and emotional balance.

Day 10 – Tea Country Retreat

Travel through rolling plantations to Nuwara Eliya, often called “Little England.” Relax beside Gregory Lake, enjoying the cool climate. Optional spa therapies or herbal steam baths offer further rejuvenation, followed by a peaceful overnight stay amid misty highland charm.

Day 11 – Nature & Mindfulness in Nuwara Eliya

Practice morning yoga overlooking tea-covered hills. Visit Hakgala Botanical Garden, immersing yourself in diverse flora. A guided mindfulness session enhances your connection to nature. Spend the evening resting, reading or indulging in wellness treatments in this tranquil environment.

Day 12 – Return to the Ahangama Coast

Journey back to the southern coast, arriving in Ahangama. Relax on golden beaches or join an optional sunset yoga session. Visit Koggala Lake and Cinnamon Island. End the day with a calming Ayurvedic oil massage.

Day 13 – Cultural Closure

Transfer to Colombo. Optionally explore landmarks such as Gangaramaya Temple and the Red Mosque. Celebrate your journey with a farewell dinner featuring healthy Ayurvedic-inspired Sri Lankan fusion cuisine before your final overnight stay.

Day 14 – Departure
