Day 01 – Arrival in Colombo and Intro to Ayurveda Philosophy

Upon arrival at Bandaranaike International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred along the scenic coastal road to Kalutara. Enjoy a refreshing herbal welcome drink at your Ayurveda wellness resort. Spend the evening unwinding, followed by an introduction to Ayurvedic philosophy. Relax and settle into your eco-certified hotel for a peaceful overnight stay.

Day 02 – Yoga session by the beach

Begin your day with a gentle yoga session by the beach, allowing the sound of waves to guide your breath. Meet an Ayurvedic doctor for a personalised consultation, followed by your first treatment. Spend the afternoon relaxing by the ocean. End the day with a calming sunset meditation before your overnight stay in Kalutara.

Day 03- Boat Safari and Herbal Steam Therapy Session

Day 04- Cultural Triangle and Traditional Culinary Exploration

Travel inland on a scenic drive to Sri Lanka’s Cultural Triangle, passing lush countryside and rural villages. Optionally, visit a local village for a traditional cooking experience and cultural immersion. In the evening, participate in a gentle yoga session or guided meditation at your resort. Day 05- Sigiriya Rock Fortress & forest meditation session

Rise early for a mindful climb of the iconic Sigiriya Rock Fortress, enjoying breathtaking views of the surrounding jungle. After breakfast, relax at your resort. Day 06- Temple of the Tooth Relic and Cultural Dance Performance

Travel to Kandy and visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth, an important spiritual site. Spend time exploring the serene gardens and the picturesque lake nearby. Day 07- Train Journeys and Tea Tasting

Transfer to Nanu Oya railway station and embark on one of the world’s most scenic train journeys to Ella, passing through misty mountains and tea plantations. Upon arrival, check into your eco-wellness retreat. Spend the evening unwinding with a soothing herbal tea tasting experience. Overnight stay in the cool, peaceful hills of Ella.

Day 08 - Nine Arch Bridge and Ayurvedic Mindfulness Session

Day 09- Jeep Safari in Yala

Depart for the Yala region, transitioning from hill country to dry zone landscapes. In the afternoon, embark on an exciting jeep safari in Yala National Park, where you may spot elephants, leopards and diverse wildlife. Return to your nature lodge for a peaceful evening surrounded by wilderness. Overnight stay near Yala.

Day 10- Relaxing By the Indian Ocean

Travel to the southern coast and arrive at the beautiful Mirissa beach. Spend your day relaxing by the Indian Ocean, enjoying the golden sands and gentle sea breeze. Optionally, join a sunset beach yoga session or visit Rekawa for a turtle conservation experience. Overnight stay in Mirissa’s laid-back coastal setting.

Day 11- Whale Watching Excursion and Meditation by the Sea

Start early with a whale watching excursion (seasonal), offering a chance to witness magnificent marine life. Spend the rest of the day at leisure on the beach. Optionally, enjoy an Ayurvedic spa treatment or practice meditation by the sea. End your day with a peaceful sunset. Overnight stay in Mirissa.

Day 12 – Departure

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast while reflecting on your wellness journey through Sri Lanka. Transfer comfortably to Bandaranaike International Airport for your departure.
